A LITTLE CLARITY / PRIVACY

Your projects.
Your information.

This page explains what VibeVault uses to run project discovery, accounts, rankings, feedback, and the newsletter.

Information you choose to share

Account details. When you sign in with Google, VibeVault receives the basic account information needed to identify your account, such as your email address and the profile details Google provides. If you use email sign-in, we use your email address to send the sign-in link.

Projects and feedback. We store the project name, link, pitch, description, and optional creator name you submit. Project details and the creator name you provide appear publicly on VibeVault. Suggestions and bug reports are stored privately for the VibeVault team to review.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send the newsletter.

Visits, likes, and rankings

When someone opens a project’s VibeVault detail page, VibeVault records a project click to calculate daily, weekly, and monthly rankings. A pseudonymous browser identifier is stored on that device so repeat views of the same project count once per day. Likes are linked to the signed-in account that gives them.

How we use information

Service providers

VibeVault uses Supabase for account authentication and data storage. Email sign-in messages are delivered through the configured email provider. These providers process information to provide their services to VibeVault. VibeVault does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can remove a project you submitted from the project stats panel. You can stop newsletter messages using the unsubscribe option in a newsletter email. You may also send a request through the Feedback button on VibeVault for help with your account or information.
